ANALYSIS OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF THE EJECTION PROCESS IN UNDERGROUND MINE WORKINGS BASED ON THE LAW OF CONSERVATION
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical foundations of ventilation system operation in underground mine workings. Based on mathematical models proposed by I.I. Medvedev, D.I. Alimenko, and N.N. Mohirev, an analysis of the dependence of air flow rate Q on resistance R and air density ρ has been carried out. It has been shown that as resistance increases, the air flow decreases, while an increase in density leads to a higher flow rate. It has also been established that flow mixing, wall friction, and energy losses have a significant impact on ventilation efficiency.
