A STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF SODIUM CYANIDE AND GOLD CICADA REAGENTS ON THE EXTRACTION OF PRECIOUS METALS FROM ORE
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study investigates the process of extracting gold from the enrichment tailings of the Marjonbuloq deposit using glycine. The research evaluated the effects of glycine concentration, the solid particle content in the pulp, the catalytic effect of Cu2+ ions, and a preliminary oxidation process in the presence of manganese oxide on the efficiency of gold dissolution. The experiments revealed that a higher degree of gold dissolution is achieved in a relatively dilute pulp and under preliminary oxidation conditions. The results obtained demonstrate that glycine leaching is an environmentally safe and promising technology.
