Abstract

In this article, the effectiveness of applying the method of complexometric analysis in managing the technological processes of the Khandiza Processing Plant was studied. As an object of research, a chemical-analytical method for determining the mass fraction of zinc (Zn) and lead (Pb) in samples obtained during the grinding and hydrocyclonization stages was developed. The work scientifically substantiated the high selectivity of complexometric titration, its efficiency as an express analysis, and its economic feasibility in production conditions. The research results show that the improvement of this method using modern reagents and masking agents allows for continuous monitoring of the technological process and optimization of enrichment indicators.
