STANDARDS FOR THE SATURATION BALANCE OF ABSORBING COMPONENTS IN THE PURIFICATION OF NATURAL GAS FROM H2S AND CO2 BY THE METHOD OF CHEMICAL ABSORPTION
Main Article Content
Abstract
The use of amines as absorbent components in the absorption purification of natural gas has a wide range of efficiency. An increase in the ethanol radical in the amine composition increases the ability of the aqueous solution of amines to attach sulfur compounds and the remainder of carbon dioxide. It is important to correctly select the equivalent amount of amine solution and absorbed gases in the absorption process at the plant. Violation of the normative balance between the absorbing and absorbed components leads to a violation of the technological mode.
Method and materials. The presence of ethanol radical and methyl radical in the amine additionally enhances the addition of the aqueous amine solution to H2S and CO2. Equivalent amount: reacts in a ratio of 1:1.5. As a result of this reaction, the amine solution and natural gas meet each other in a ratio of 1:1.5 should be taken When selecting plates, the main attention is paid to the flow rate of liquid and gas. It is important to select the rate of the amount of liquid level formed on the tray in spherical trays to ensure a uniform flow rate of liquid supplied to the absorber so that the selected liquid level does not change. The inside of the desorber column is equipped with capped trays and is mainly designed to ensure a uniform pressure drop.
