Abstract

This article presents the results of the isolation of sunflower wax and the study of its physicochemical properties, which provides general information about sunflower wax, their chemical composition, methods of extracting waxes from seeds and oil, as well as the influence of the concentration of the table salt solution and the precipitation temperature on the separation of the waxy substance from a mixture of waxy substance and pearlite. At the same time, detailed information is provided on the extraction of waxy substances from pearlite, the influence of the duration of pearlite precipitation on the yield of the waxy substance, the physicochemical indicators of the waxy substances extracted from the used pearlite, and the freezing method was used to extract waxy substances from sunflower oil.
