Article Publication Payment Procedure
Dear authors, the article publication fee in the journal is determined and processed as described below, in accordance with international scholarly publishing standards.
Publication fee: issue 4(4), 2026 and subsequent issues
The following tariff applies from issue 4(4), 2026 onwards. It covers preparation for publication and the internal Milliy Antiplagiat check.
All service rates are linked to the Base Calculation Amount (BCA). The reference BCA is 412,000 UZS; the reference rates are 320,000 UZS for preparation, 45,000 UZS for the internal check and 25,000 UZS per page for optional editing. Each of these three rates is calculated as reference rate × applicable BCA ÷ 412,000, rounded to the nearest 1,000 UZS (half amounts rounded upwards). The total publication fee is the sum of the rounded preparation and checking rates. Each extra page costs 8% of that total, without additional rounding to thousands. When the BCA changes, the rates are recalculated from these reference amounts, not from previously rounded prices.
At a BCA of 440,000 UZS: preparation 342,000 UZS + internal check 48,000 UZS = 390,000 UZS; optional editing 27,000 UZS per page; each extra page 31,200 UZS. The optional editing fee is charged only if this service is requested and is not included in the publication total.

Additional pages
The main fee applies to articles up to 8 pages. Starting from page 9, each additional page costs 8% of the applicable publication fee: 31,200 UZS at a BCA of 440,000 UZS for issue 4(4), 2026 and subsequent issues, or 29,200 UZS for issue 4(3), 2026.
Editing service (optional)
At the author's request, we also offer scientific, technical, and stylistic editing, formatting of figures and tables to standard requirements, and adapting the reference list to international citation styles.
BCA-linked calculation: 25,000 × 440,000 ÷ 412,000 = 26,699.03 UZS, rounded to 27,000 UZS. For issue 4(3), 2026, the previous editing fee of 25,000 UZS per page remains applicable.
Check via the Milliy Antiplagiat platform
Every article is mandatorily checked through the Milliy Antiplagiat platform before publication: level of academic similarity, instances of plagiarism, the likelihood of AI-generated text, and compliance with scholarly writing standards.
Only articles that successfully pass the internal check proceed to the next stage: peer review, scientific expert evaluation, and editorial board review.
Rejected articles
An article will not be accepted for publication if: plagiarism is detected, academic integrity requirements are violated, AI has been used in violation of established norms, or the article does not meet the journal's requirements and formatting rules.
In such cases, no publication fee is charged.
Important notice: change in the BCA
From 1 September 2026, the Base Calculation Amount (BCA) is 440,000 UZS, as established by paragraph 3(b)(ii) of Presidential Decree No. PF-115 of 23 June 2026. Official source: Lex.uz.
The total publication fee for up to 8 pages is 390,000 UZS for issue 4(4), 2026 and subsequent issues at a BCA of 440,000 UZS. The previous total of 365,000 UZS remains applicable to issue 4(3), 2026. This is the journal’s tariff, recalculated using the BCA ratio and rounded as shown above; the decree establishes the BCA, not the journal’s publication fee.
